TROMPE L'OEIL SALON POLICIES

At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Trompe L'oeil Salon experience.

We appreciate at least an 8 hour notice prior to cancelling your appointment.

In the event we do not receive 8 hours notice, your CC will be charged for half of the service. 

Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your service we require a 24 hour notice. Once we are notified, we will schedule a follow up appointment to correct the error.

If at that time you are still not satisfied we will refund the portion of the service that you are not satisfied with.
