More than 2 no show appointments may result in requiring a credit card hold your reservation.
We strive for excellence. However if you feel there may have been a mis communication and perhaps your hair did not turn out the way you liked, we ask you to let us know within 24 hours.
At that point we would like to be given the opportunity with either the same stylist or another stylist to make sure you are 100% happy with your hair. If after the follow up visit you are not 100% satisfied we will discuss either a refund or credit.
